I'm a mum and decided to start teaching Hypnobirthing after such a positive birth with my daughter. I have had two very different births and finding hypnobirthing was an absolute game changer for me and changed my whole view of birth. After I had my daughter I felt that I needed to let other women know about hypnobirthing and how empowered they could feel. So, I decided to train with The Little Birth Company; an amazing team of women who provide an awesome programme to provide you with tools and techniques to have a calm, relaxed birth, that's right for you on the day. 
I offer private 1:1 and group hypnobirthing classes, and group pregnancy relaxation courses.
Teaching hypnobirthing is an absolute joy and I really do look forward to meeting you and starting your amazing journey to birth.
