Classes

DURING THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK ALL COURSES WILL BE DELIVERED ONLINE AND THE CLIENT MANUAL WILL BE VIA AN ONLINE DOWNLOAD.

Full Hypnobirthing Course

Private 1:1 sessions 

These are usually held at your home for you and your birth partner. We can discuss how best to arrange the classes but they will cover 8-10 hours.

Group classes 

These are held at a venue (tbc) and include 3-5 couples. Dates and times will be advised and sessions will cover 8-10 hours.

Hypnobirthing workshop 

This is a condensed version of the full Hypnobirthing course and covers 3 hours.

Pregnancy Relaxation classes

These are weekly sessions of 45-60 minutes, covering a different topic each week.
